Catalog #64005 - N-terminal Sequencing (5 residue)
Title:
N-terminal Sequencing (5 residue)
Description:
N-terminal Sequencing (5 residue)
Scope:
- The band(s) of interest is excised and submitted to an ABI 494 Protein Sequencer.
- In the event, the N-terminus of the protein is blocked and no sequences are obtained, the full project price is still invoiced.
Note: the above-quoted prices are based on analysis using LakePharma’s standardized methods, proven to work for a majority of antibodies and proteins.
Deliverable:
Edman degradation cycle chromatogram with calls for each cycle
Material Required:
- PVDF membrane (Coomassie Blue or Ponceau S stained) cutout of target bands
- Please load at least 5 µg for SDS-PAGE transfer onto PVDF blot for submission
- If liquid sample will be provided, the service SKU-64000 will be performed and will require 100 µL at > 0.5 mg/mL
- Please complete and include a Bioanalytical Sample Submission Form with any proteins or antibodies you send to LakePharma for analysis.
- Please load at least 5 µg for SDS-PAGE transfer onto PVDF blot for submission
- If liquid sample will be provided, the service SKU-64000 will be performed and will require 100 µL at > 0.5 mg/mL
