Mammalian Expression

Starting from plasmid and construction design services, LakePharma provides a variety of protein production and purification services using both CHO and HEK293 cell lines. Affinity tags such as Fc, albumin, poly-histidine (His), maltose-binding protein (MBP), small ubiquitin-related modifier (SUMO), and FLAG are commonly used to facilitate protein purification. Highly streamlined molecular construction and transient production provide a fast turn around time.

LakePharma:

A combination of ion-exchange, hydrophobic interaction, and other chromatography methods are used to enrich and purify the target molecule from the starting material.
